Randy Braun, MBA
The Small Business Marketing Guy
Unlike other small business marketing speakers that focus on tactics and techniques like social media or customer service, Randy always brings a big-picture strategic approach. Even when Randy speaks on more specific topics like branding or lead generation, they are always presented within the context of building a comprehensive Marketing System. Further, there are no “canned” presentations – everything is customized to your unique industry.
Many small service businesses are struggling today. They have passion and expertise in how to deliver their services but lack a strategy to consistently market those services in a marketplace that is continually becoming more and more competitive. Typically, they employ scattered, unfocused tactics with no way to measure what’s working. This results in a great deal of frustration and a low-return on their marketing efforts.
Randy helps small service businesses build comprehensive Marketing Systems. These systems continually attract new customers, maximize their value, and turn them into loyal advocates of the business. All marketing activities are focused, integrated, and measured to maximize ROI.
Randy is also an experienced emcee and can bring his high-energy and humor to that role as well. In fact, he can pull “double duty” at your event as both a speaker and emcee. Randy know how to keep your event running smoothly and on time, as well as deal with the unexpected.
